Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, size, and location. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your cake stands to arrive. We usually process orders and ship out within a week and a half.
Returns
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless the wrong item is shipped or if the item arrived damaged.
15 Days to Return
Items can only be returned if unused, and within 15 days of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Bases Covered Stands must be notified in advance of a return or exchange. Please send an email to info@basescoveredstands.com to notify us prior to shipping. We will then process your return and send you a RMA. Credit will be issued once item is received and inspected.
